So this weekend was a really good, fast but CRAZY weekend! Friday after school O and I got my niece and spent the night with some girls I work with for a Birthday party/ sleep over. I was a blast! The girls were crazy wore out and I know my kid slept really good last night.
I watched my bosses kiddos yesterday so they could attend a funeral and I just Love those kids. They are so good and sweet. M fell asleep in my lap and we snuggled for over an hour. I do miss that stage where you can snuggle and nap. O is was past that (well the nap part). She loves to snuggle.
Second grade it still going wonderful and I just absolutely LOVE Mrs. Hanley! O got a progress report this week and it said how sweet she is and is always trying to do the right thing but still my girl LOVES to chat it up with her friends. I have to say if that is the worse she does I will be on happy momma.
Daddy got to come home Saturday night to see his girls which was awesome because he has to leave Monday afternoon for North Carolina. He is not sure how long he will be there but I hate the fact he is so far away. I just wish life wasn’t so hard so he could stay closer to home but Life is Life and we are just doing the best we can with what we have.
We just celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary on September 6th. Well we didn’t get to see each other but so what I love that man with everything I have and he gave me what I live for my sassy pants 7 year old. He is so hard working and I love him for that.
September 22nd marked the 1 year mark that my mom had her kidney and tumor removed and they officially told us she was in the clear. She is my rock and I don’t know what I would do with out her. This past week also marked the 6 month my Uncle Wayne went to be with the Lord. He was an amazing man and has an amazing family. I know someday we will all be together again and get to rejoice life.
Well that is my boring life not much excitement and I LOVE it that way. Time to get ready for another wonderful week.
